That wasn't my point.

My point was that there isn't a huge difference between how this team and their has performed.

Yeah that’s delusion mate, you’re watching from an insanely biased perspective. There’s a huge gap in pressing intensity, discipline, defensive structure, all the building blocks of a good team.

They consistently are much better than us at football. If you can’t see this there’s nothing to be said. It’s not a rational or reasonable perspective that can be argued with. You may as well say the sky is brown.

It’s either a big conspiracy or a level of incompetence that defies normal expectations. Either way VAR has to go, it’s been an out and out disaster.

Set pieces. That's it.

Not even. We may have been ok, but, to think how lame it looked running Danso upfield for long throws- migod it was slow and embarrassing. Thomas didn't even commit to playing a back 3 to really take advantage of it. Just consider how our season might have gone differently had we kept Vuskovic and played that formation we did against PSG for the first half of the season- I have a feeling Frank would still be coach. He obviously lacked the guts and foresight to make it happen though, and now is on the outside looking in.

I have said this before but every time I see Spurs old boy Adam Smith on the teamsheet it makes me smile. There is somebody who squeezed out every ounce from his ability to make a good career at Premier League level. Good on him.
