Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Intent is such a difficult thing to prove and can be a real challenge for any prosecutor as it could be quite easily argued against . .. for example spurs always intend to try hard and win every game....

It is not an offence to trespass intentionally, which is what I thought you meant. If you meant trespass with intent to commit a criminal offence, then I think it depends on the intended offence.
Written in UK law, trespassing is not a criminal offence, but a civil matter, unless in a few areas, railway tracks and protected buildings.

It is not even a civil matter unless you refuse to leave when asked to by the owner.
It crosses over to criminal offence if it becomes "aggravated trespass"
That is detailed as "Intentionally obstructing, disrupting or intimidating others from carrying out 'lawful activities' whilst trespassing

No, hence why Irish travellers get away with it. Although there are proposals to make it an offence to intentionally trespass.
Funnily enough, I was talking to a police officer about this a couple of weeks ago. They managed to charge someone for trespass with intent to commit a sexual offence, which I didn't know existed, because of items found in the defendant's car and messages on his phone (they just arrested for suspected burglary initially).
So would that come under ‘going equipped’?

So like I said earlier trespassing isn’t a criminal offence and I meant in this country

Obstruction yes

Not really part of this thread though

Bravo to United supporters.

Sad that Spurs supporters refused to protest before a secondary cup final we were always going to lose anyway. Bottled the momentum and chance to make things nasty and push ENIC out. We get what we deserve.

Nailed it.

Too many words and not enough action from our lot.
They'd much prefer to rant about our owners on their keyboards than actually do anything.
