Right up there with the Charge of the Light Brigade. The storming of the Bastille,

The reclamation of Old Trafford.
Three iconic moments in European history.
Written in UK law, trespassing is not a criminal offence, but a civil matter, unless in a few areas, railway tracks and protected buildings. It is not an offence to trespass intentionally, which is what I thought you meant. If you meant trespass with intent to commit a criminal offence, then I think it depends on the intended offence.
Zero.
So would that come under ‘going equipped’?No, hence why Irish travellers get away with it. Although there are proposals to make it an offence to intentionally trespass.
Funnily enough, I was talking to a police officer about this a couple of weeks ago. They managed to charge someone for trespass with intent to commit a sexual offence, which I didn't know existed, because of items found in the defendant's car and messages on his phone (they just arrested for suspected burglary initially).
So like I said earlier trespassing isn’t a criminal offence and I meant in this countryWritten in UK law, trespassing is not a criminal offence, but a civil matter, unless in a few areas, railway tracks and protected buildings.
It is not even a civil matter unless you refuse to leave when asked to by the owner.
It crosses over to criminal offence if it becomes "aggravated trespass"
That is detailed as "Intentionally obstructing, disrupting or intimidating others from carrying out 'lawful activities' whilst trespassing
As timid as our teamBravo to United supporters.
Sad that Spurs supporters refused to protest before a secondary cup final we were always going to lose anyway. Bottled the momentum and chance to make things nasty and push ENIC out. We get what we deserve.
And it endend with them losing 6-2, José ball at it's real.Roma has 37% possession and 2 shots and are up 2-1. Jose ball at its finest.
Bollocks they would. They weren't protesting during the Roma game.Just another thought, if United were winning league trophies and a dominant force in Europe but were in the same financial situation would the protests going on? Success covers up all sorts of sins.
I would hope they would just award a 0-3 to Liverpool. And I fucking despise Liverpool.Presumably MU will be charged and fined heavily and fans banned at least from their last match of the season.
The view of Brian Kerr, former Ireland manager :taking the corner flags
Nailed it.Bravo to United supporters.
