Youtube, showing all the games live and probably have them to watch back as well I'd guess.

Just finished watching this game today. Bit lacking in forward quality and composure but an enjoyable game. I thought France were really unlucky to go out, they completely dominated the game second half, especially once they swapped the rather pedestrian Soumare for the energetic impetus of Caqueret who was excellent when he came on. France had numerous good "situations" only to blow the final ball or finish.

Really liked that midfield trio of Tchouameni, Aouar and Caqueret that finished the game, a really nice balance of attributes. Tchouameni has definitely developed on this season for playing every week and looking like a very decent combo of physique and football. Caqueret brings some vim, zipping about, always looking to progress the ball, and Aouar a bit of guile (although it didn't always come off this game).

Most of the French squad we are all very familiar with (apart from Faivre and Kalulu in my case) and nothing in this game really threw up anything new, Ikone can do good things but flatters to deceive a bit and at 23 and having played lots of football now, he should be more polished IMO. Haven't seen much of Edouard since his loan spell at Toulouse as an 18yo, he didn't blow me away then and doesn't now.

I know Upamecano is not flawless but I still like him a lot. Hard to believe he's still only 22. Strong, aggressive and comfortable bringing the ball out, he can get himself in positional difficulty sometimes or get caught being over confident on the ball, but I'd take the rough with the smooth with him happily, at his age there's plenty of scope to polish up the flaws.

As far as the Netherlands go, the stand out performer was Stengs, unfortunately Netherlands weren't in the game enough second half so he became more peripheral. He can move/glide with the ball as well as showing decent awareness and vision with his passing (setting up the eventual winner with a great ball on the counter) he looks like he can be a little bit lethargic without the ball maybe at times - when I first saw him he really reminded me of Sane, in appearance and style, and I still see some similarities. I'd love us to take a punt on him.

I'm not sold on Botman at all, seems a bit wooden to me. A few other players seem OK, but I'd need to see much more of them to figure out. Schuurs, Teze, De Wit, Boadu Kadioglu. Kluivert's never going to be his old man is he?

This CL final featuring two English clubs has really fucked things up for Gareth. I reckon we'll start off slow and draw next week against Croatia before breaking Scottish hearts with a late winner and then ease to a solid victory over the Czechs.

Beyond that? Haven't got a clue!
