I wouldn't put it past them. Be it on the pitch, as pundits or the PGMOL it's a proper little self-preserving cabal.

Ball is rarely ever in play as long as 60 minutes in a normal game. I think the average is 50-55 min, so 60 in play would easily cover a normal game.
