Lots of empty seats at the Etihad... the PL only interested in global rights... I think the PL is slowly in decline in this country. Other than CL spots this season was done and dusted in Feb... just feels like the bubble is bursting.

A really easy remedy would be to increase the percentage of away fans - would immediately improve the atmosphere at games.

Then just completely scrap all VAR apart from the goalline technology.

Then introduce rules to penalise time wasting.
