It's pretty common to not give pens for challenges that would be freekicks elsewhere.
Yeh I know, it’s just there is never much honesty about it. It definitely looked a foul but as it wasn’t a Bissouma 100 mph hit the ref doesn’t give it.
I mean if it was Romero it would have been a pen. I agree that it’s a foul outside the box and I think the laws say that if it’s foul it’s pen, but I’d say it would be a slightly harsh penalty. Changed a 0.1 xg into a 0.7 xg. Could have no complaints if it was given though.

In terms of general play yes. He would be great for us because he can hold up the ball, run defenders and track back far better than Son, Johnson or Werner can which is something we lack. But his final ball is often weak. He would improve us quite a bit in terms of allowing us to control games better and not lose the ball high up the pitch so much but he would also drive everyone mad with his end product.
