I am not pretending I know the outcome of that 2nd leg game....but I know that, unlike at Spurs, if Real M. get knocked out of the CL their players and head-coach will really be scorned and utterly humiliated by Florentino Pérez, the fans and the Madrid press for weeks and weeks. And it would most probably mean the end of Ancelotti.
Like every other striker, he doesn't always score in the biggest games. I mean do you know think Lewandowski and Haaland don't also have plenty of big games between them where they're not scoring?
Bayern dropped points today because they can't defend. Which has been the case the entire season. There's a strong argument that Eric Dier is their most reliable centre-back, which say's a lot.
