This is too bad what with Fulham all but guaranteed promotion. Unfortunately for them, his contract is up this summer, he’s had his head turned by the Dippers and he’s rejected Fulham’s offers. My guess is he’s going to be happy to get splinters rather than play in the Prem. As a result, I hope he’s a massive flop — a Dele without the good years.

No point in Fulham giving him another minute of playing time this year.

Unfortunately, he’s one of those, you can tell his quality in 2minutes…

He’ll be a clear £40m level player in a year or two if he gets minutes. HG for pittance…

Hate players like this, completely ungrateful. All the years invested by Fulham, not even a proper transfer fee. Just sit on the benches of Liverpool for a few years.

Did that with that one kid that called Kane a mong as well.

Liverpool have a habit of doing that. Need a bigger compensation fee to make up for this kind of dirty business.

The sad thing is that he’s likely to get far more relevant EPL minutes with Fulham.

Woolwich meet with Eden Hazard’s representatives and look to secure loan move

Foot Mercato report this week that Woolwich have met with Real Madrid wide man Eden Hazard’s representatives this week, and are looking to bring the Belgian in on a loan deal with an option to buy.

The former Chelsea man, who missed his potential return to Stamford Bridge on Wednesday due to another injury issue, has had a difficult season, starting only 9 times for Los Blancos.

Spanish outlet AS had reported earlier this week that the La Liga side were looking to loan out the former Lille winger in order to help him recover his form, which Foot Mercato have confirmed.

Woolwich had reached out to the winger’s entourage in March, and have now moved to set up a meeting with the Belgian’s representatives to discuss the loan deal.

Nevertheless, Hazard himself has no intention of leaving Real Madrid, and wants to see out the remaining two years of his contract in Spain. Nevertheless, he could yet change his position given the potential incomings at the club this summer, although he also wants stability ahead of the World Cup.

Fulham buying Manor Solomon from Shaktar for 9mil. We were previously linked.
Always thought he was too lightweight for England but let’s see, Abada is rocking it in the much more physical SPL.

Could be a good Fantasy PL buy

Fucking hell, I couldn't walk for a few days (no acute injury but probably ligament inflammation overnight) so got an MRI: I can't imagine being a professional footballer - quite possibly the most hyped talent in the world no less - and refusing one.

:llorishuh:
It is definitely a gamble.

He is only 21 and has a contract with Dortmund until 2024. If he was smart he would get the surgery and spend one more year with Dortmund, it's not like he would be starved of European football at Germany's second biggest club.

My guess is that he, his agent and his family are all gambling on a massive transfer this summer and is willing to incur possibly career altering injuries to get it.

It is a big big gamble.

Greedy agent + greedy family + big ego = dumb decisions.

I'm no doctor so can't talk about the specifics of what he may be risking, but playing through what sounds like a serious injury just to get a big move that will always be there the next year sounds like absolute madness to me.

Refusing a MRI just sounds like wilful stupidity. He's got no idea about the extent of the damage he may be doing. Zero reason to be taking such big risks with your career at 21, his stock will be just as high next season.

Further to that, if a team wants to buy him this summer, wouldn't they now want a good look at that ankle (including doing an MRI etc) before signing on the dotted line?
