To be fair it kind of does look that way with Liverpool, I know it is probably not but to have a clear lead on a player for months at £50m, refuse to budge by giving a £40m offer then target Caicedo for £110m only to then match for Lavia is incompetence of the highest order. They could have paid £50m weeks ago, got the player and moved on.

It’s either crazy incompetence or gaslighting fans and my money is on incompetence. I don’t think the Liverpool board can fuck Klopp that way. No question Liverpool have dropped in terms of how they are run recently.
