You don’t have to. They have contracts and the other party has no obligation to sell unless there’s a release clause.
Clauses in a contract aren’t going to stop players like Mitrovic or Calceido (non-Saudi) agitating for a move so an anti-Saudi clause isn’t worth anything, one way or another.

It's a weird one.... He has a lot of peeps gassed cos he got a decent haul in France last season...... Then you cosider that the scum are light up top and yet have still been shopping him about all summer.
I believe by using such clauses the onus will now completely lie on the player to behave professionally/reject their advances. If players will join a club with such clauses, they know that Saudi is off limits and any future agitation is not going to bear fruit. There is no room for negotiation, no talks to be had, no time to be wasted in scrambling for replacements. The player knows what he is signing up for.
But then again, after a day, I feel this is panic mongering from my side. Talent is afterall in abundance and the Saudi league for now covers 4 teams out of a possible 8(with 4 foreign players allowed)
He looked freakin awesome in those two games though. Great attacking instincts.
And given his prowess in front of goal in the French league last year, seems like a nice purchase for Monaco.
He has a year left (I think maybe 2) with no intention of signing a new one ,forcing their hand a little bit
