He was chatting to some city fans the other day with someone recording him and was off his face.
Pep is a serious guy so that alone was enough of a factor. He knuckled down well for the treble season and Pep liked him a lot then. Off the rails since.
I don't want to unduly speculate but it is possible the situation there is somewhat darker than the happy-go-lucky Grealish image.
At his age and with the impact it's having on his professional life it's less and less cute for him to be drunk all the time.
