Yeah not a consistent coaching plan in his first, last season was a total mess.
Tells the story with a lot of our players since we've had Poch, not many of them have improved because of our choice of coaches and their failure to nurture talent.
The plan definitely wasn’t based on the best way to develop and fit individuals. Ange was about how to make the players fit his system.
Frank also has non negotiable principles like being transition heavy but Sarr suits that even better and you can see Franks coaching team adding things to his individual game on a week to week basis.
I’m still holding down the optimism but the early signs are positive.
Basically, Ange is shite and frank is great.

I've always maintained he is a very decent player and happy we have him in the squad but I do think people go way over the top hyping him

You’ve never coached in your life and based on the way you hate other people’s success, I doubt you’ve ever won anything, so you have no real pedestal to stand on to judge any coaches because you have no clue.

Frank definitely looks like a better fit for us and a better premier league manager.
