I have a theory that us Spurs supportes have some masochistic tendencies. Why otherwise will we chose to support Tottenham? It's the pain, the suffering that make us satisfied, we want to be humiliated, we wanted to be treated with disrespect, we want some lady stepping in our ball in high heels.

I have never heard of this guy

Nor the bloke who has just taken over at Wolves

But I can read, and the bloke who took over at Wolves won the Portuguese league with Benfica, whereas this Fonseca chap won the Ukranian league. hmm

Anyway we have to give him a chance, at least someone with some football expertise has made this decision and not Levy.

He does seem to fit the profile of manager that we need (works on a budget, young players, attacking football etc) rather than being one of Levy’s delusions of grandeur. Let‘s hope that he’s another Poch and not another AVB.

Hopefully we can manage to reach those heights.

I laughed at the thought of us being in a relegation battle, I no longer laugh at those comments. This hire and Paratici in general make it a possibility.

Paratici has trouble selling players, that much is known and we are getting a manager who finished fucking 7th and was replaced by Mourinho.

We genuinely look like we could be in deep shit.

From the guardian:

“It is understood that the Tottenham chairman, Daniel Levy, and Paratici, who won 19 trophies in his 11 years as sporting director at Juventus, are keen to appoint an experienced manager capable of working with the existing squad.”

God help us all.

No, we don't have to give him a chance imo.

As supporters we give everyone that this greedy snake hires "a chance" we gave Mourinho "a chance" fuck that.

I am sick of these utter greed merchants destroying our club, we should be up in fucking arms about the lack of ambition and calling for Levys head at this point.

The only reason he is hiring this guy is so he can work with our current players, we are in genuine danger mate, no joke.

No Kane and the core of this squad remaining (because our DOF is known to struggle selling players) I am genuinely worried for us.
