More as a right sided midfielder in a 4-2-3-1Has he ever played as a winger in his career? I think it would suit him fine.
Good crosser -Solanke would especially love this-, can get by his man once in a while, can press high up the pitch to prevent building up from the back, would track back. I can't see what he's lacking honestly, especially considering how little some of our other wingers provide most of the time.
With all those injuries, how congested the schedule is getting, and the way Spence plays, I see value in going slightly out of the box with stuff like this.
Agree- think Porro would be a hit at RW.Has he ever played as a winger in his career? I think it would suit him fine.

When he’s positioned well, wingers get around him like he isn’t there. That’s not on manager.I don’t blame Porro one bit. He’s a good footballer being put into a position that doesn’t play to his strengths.
He’s actually improved defensively but he is and always will be a weak link in a back 4.
Just simmer a while.Another diagonal ball.
I call upon Comedy to ask the right questions at the next presser
