Saying that the issue is above Poch and that the manager has warned us about this before now that he feels he has taken this group as far as he could and now we are seeing it come to fruition, that we should have signed players when we needed it most and refreshed the squad and going two windows without signings has now cost us badly.
He also said that this manager and players should be doing better though regardless but that all of the above has caused a rot behind the scenes to set in and the players AND manager no longer believe like they did before, that's essentially what he said, paraphrasing of course.

He has a net spend of 87m and a lot of that was this fucking summer.
He deserves the opportunity to be in charge of the rebuild and spend money. There's no question we will spend in Jan/summer because we have to replace a minimum of 3 starters(the likelihood is that it will be 6 starters) so Levy cant squirm his way out of this one.

What about the players?
I don't accept that Poch is suddenly a bad manager after 7 prem games, i think he can turn it around and I back him 100%
My knee jerk reaction is that he has to go, but I also realize that this is the ridiculous bullshit response that woolwich and united fans do. We make fun of and bemoan the state of it in football, but somehow it is okay now.
Getting rid of him is the easiest way to get a response, so that why it is attractive.
I am not fully Poch yet, but that is because he has done more with less than just about any other manager. If I were to assign blame, here's what it looks like for me.

The players we have/had on our books in the last few seasons should have given us more.
