This is shocking at this point. It’s an endless descent of worsening managers that makes you pining for the previous rumor which you were initially pissed about. I’m not sure I could think of a worse hire than Gattusso. What box does he check for us?

I’d be thrilled with Eddie Howe at this point.

The thing is, I would have said "fuck it, whatever" to whoever they appointed at this point, owing to how long and protracted this whole process has become, and knowing they'd likely be gone in a year or two anyway, but the person they're trying to appoint has too problematic a history to just accept.

I'm a massive advocate for the idea that people can and do change, but the burden of proof might be too high for Gattuso right now.

If they appoint him, then I'm willing to hear him out, but, an interview and press release isn't going to cut it, so I don't know what they could do. That, and this isn't the type of shit we should need first and foremost from our new manager...

Fuck knows what they're going to do if they walk back on this now too after seeing the backlash. The Spurs job must look like a poisoned chalace to everyone after all of this.

In my worst nightmares I never thought Levy could possibly be this incompetent, this search for a manager has made us look like the most shoddy outfit in the entire world of football.
 
It's not rocket science folks.

Pochettino's family live in UK. Due to COVID restrictions, visiting them is problematic. Spurs want him, he wants Spurs. PSG don't want to lose their coach without compensation.

Conte is a serial winner and adept at running big clubs with big money. He is very very expensive.

PSG want Spurs to pay compensation for Poch so they can afford Conte.

SPURS want PSG to mutually release Poch from his contract.

IF Spurs find another Coach; PSG will need to pay Poch compensation (or miss out on Conte). Spurs pretending to be close to bringing in a coach to force PSG's hand...

Fucker ought to go crawling back to Conte cap in hand and give in to all his demands, promise never to loiter round the canteen bothering him and all the players over breakfast, fuck keeping King and Mason in prominent coaching roles and fuck keeping hold of our conditioning team, they excel in shitness more than fitness anyway...

If Harry comes in Paratici is gone, that means a pay off for him too.
 
There is no way Paratici will be got rid of before he’s even started, that would be even more embarrassing than what’s happened so far.

He and Levy have to work together to find a suitable manager, they need to start looking beyond Serie A.

If they are so desperate to humiliate themselves further then go crawling back to one of the managers who previously turned us down and start begging.
 
This is all on Levy and ENIC. There can be no more defenders of these jokers, these clowns, these complete incompetent fucks who clearly know the square root of fuck all about football and absolutely positively aren't Spurs fans.

Embarrassing doesn't cover it, doesn't even come close to describing how the club has operated since sacking Mourinho.

Its got to the stage where if the club were to suddenly announce it was bankrupt and having to close up shop I'm not sure I'd give a shit, indeed the overriding feeling would be one of relief!

We've been linked with more managers than we have players this summer!
