You can't just terminate a player's contract without their blessing, they need to agree to it first.

I said it was 'getting there'. It's clearly not there yet.

Be specific about what goals you have that we won’t be able to meet this season.

I don’t want to be difficult but there were people a few weeks ago saying we were now behind Brighton and Villa and a midtable club, so I’m trying to understand your expectations.
