Were much more dynamic in play under ange. Under poch in his peak we were brilliant and smashing teams first 20 minutes. Thats where i want us to be. Key areas we sign right players in required positions we can challenge. Thats not being biased but we have to believe. Too long now we havent won a trophy.

He’s a good player. Injury issues a bit of a thing though.
I’d think he’d be better for us than Lo Celso ever was.
Before anyone bloody says so again though, of course it doesn’t remove the need to sign a quality winger, probably a striker too and a left back competition for U-doggie-dog

It’s his attitude. None of us know whether that’s changed. Obviously I hope he’s now got the attitude of someone like Emerson Royal…but I have my doubts.
You don't need to know who the opposition is to tell that there's a general improvement in play and attitude.
Saw ange interview after game saying bergvall is a bit sore and not too serious likewise with gray. Fair to say they have to get upto speed with a frenetic high press play. High press frenetic attacking play is what i want to see. Under mourinho and conte was as boring as fuck.

Apparently they're Japan L1 Champions - so, basically the best team in Japan. Has the potential to be interesting.
Looked great 18 months ago before he got a nasty injury. Thought then he would have a chance of making our Euros squad. Times his runs really nicely from midfield and is a really tidy finisher.
Ange walked past Yves when he was speaking to SPURSPLAY and smiled, ‘it’s only a friendly game, Biss’, and reiterated that message when we spoke afterwards…
“It is only a friendly, so… I want to see him do it in a game,” said Ange. “He’s capable of it and that’s the challenge for all our guys, we know the capabilities are there, they have to produce it when it counts. He was good today, Biss, he’s been good in pre-season and we have to keep pushing him.”
That's the level of man management you want...
Praise where due, but also keeping your feet on the ground.... It WAS just a friendly, against a Championship side, but nonetheless, it at least shows that Biss CAN have the ability to do that...

When he talks about pushing him, you know there are specific improvements and examples of being brave, making decisions quickly and imposing himself underneath the sound bite. Night and day from the outdated faux alpha machoism from Jose- just sound bites and waffle rather than coaching and clear objective actions
