We should've bought a first choice LW option rather than the opportunistic Tel signing that was based purely on potential but made pretty much zero sense in terms of squad building.Went into the season without a real plan for left wing, played Johnson, Xavi, Kolo Muani there out of position. Had no real plan for the backup 10 so that Xavi could adjust to the league, Sarr started the season there. Lost Johnson and Kudus in Jan and brought nobody in to cover the right. We started sorting out the Johnson move at the start of December, Kudus got injured on 4th Jan, there was plenty of time. It's a joke how our attack has been handled.
Tel might turn into a proper player one day but when we already had Odobert it was so bloody obvious we didn't need another raw kid in that part of the pitch.
