He used to go to Latimar school I think, my best mates older brother was best friends with him. Apparently I have been to both home and away games with him back in 1980's. There would have been a group of about 10 of us all go, me and a couple of mates would tag along with his group, we were 5 years or so younger than them so no doubt we brought down their street-cred some what. Unfortunately I don't remember him at all but my mate, who's brother is still in touch with him, says there is a picture floating around of all of us at Highbury, complete with silk scarfs. If I ever get to see it and it's not too embarrassing I'll post it on here, but don't hold your breath.

I've never understood why anyone watches it because it's so poor, the quality, I mean. I just don't get it. It's a little like the Spanish league in that you have (or had) two clubs way ahead of everyone else, except those two clubs aren't ahead of everyone else because they have good players, it's just that the others have even worse players than them!

back on to fitba' his Rangers team getting a lot of plaudits for the way they played yesterday in the semi v Celtic. He's got a very thin squad, but they completely out passed them. One report - "ran rings around them".
