If nobody worked it out. Storrie was also found not guilty a month or so back (whenever the trial was). The verdict was embargoed as to not influence this one.

Can't really see the relevance of Storrie's trial - once they had established the payment was made from an independent Mandaric source then I can't really see he had a charge against him

The Storrie charges were "unrelated" - Amdy Faye transfer I think, but they are related in the sense that this was all bundled up together at the time as one charge against the three so therefore not guilty of one means likelihood of not guilty in another, but not allowed to report to ensure it doesn't prejudice the verdict etc.

Basiclaly HMRC have wasted a shed load of cash and got nowhere.

Harry Redknapp. Dodgy? Yes. Guilty? No. He's not a wheeler dealer...

I'M NOT A FACKIN' WHEELA DEALA!!! :harryagh:

Love the fact that he mentioned everyone singing about him at the Wigan game last week. You just wait till this saturday Mr Redknapp

Lord Sugar on twitter:

Harry R expressing thanks to Daniel Levy for standing by him for 3 years, surely no way he will show disloyalty and leave Spurs for England

Can't believe that Rob Beasley was the prosecution's STAR WITNESS... a few months ago, the whole of that fucking scum-rag was up for trial itself... I'm glad it got fucking closed down... sleazy fucking cunts... ALWAYS wanna rip someone down when they're on top...

I know they say hooliganism was born in England, but I'd like to add jealousy and spite... THAT'S the true modern English disease!

I know Harry has his critics, and all probably isn't as 'above board' as he'd like... but give him his due, he's been acquitted, and is therefore an innocent man.

Though I'm sure the gutter English press will dig up something ELSE for him to defend himself against once England lose a few games next season...

Have to say, his words of thanks to the fans outside the courtroom did smack a little of a premature goodbye speech...

HARRY REDKNAPP'S BLUE AND WHITE ARMY!!!

My exact words to my Dad were, "I bet as soon as they heard NotW were used for evidence for the prosecution, the jury decided Not Guilty". Seriously, HMRC have really dropped a bollock on this one. £8mil down the drain, someone very high up at HMRC should be getting the sack

I'd like to think that when 'Arry knocks on Levy's door in July and says "Can I speak to the FA" - Levy might just give him a little nudge along the lines of "We stood beside you through your trail and all the mud slinging, put our reputation on the line, give us two more years and wina league title and you can do what you want"

Or he could chain him to the basement radiator :modricwtf:

Here's hoping... anyone else think Harry's voice sounded a little choked at the end... thought he'd break down in tears at one point!

Saturday is gonna be one HELL of a reception for him at WHL!!

90 minutes of Harry Redknapp's Blue'n'White Army anyone...?

Paid a nice tribute to the Tottenham faithful. Said the Wigan match was as moved as he's ever been.

Bless.
