Redknapp Court Case

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I think Harry will still take the England job come the summer. I wont blame him either. He has been fantastic for us and if he does go, he will be missed but he is old school and will fancy taking that England job on. It would be ideal for him too as it is a part time job, he can go to all the games he wants and he loves the media.

Looking forward to enjoying him manage us for the rest of the season though and expect the atmosphere at WHL to be t'riffic

Lord Sugar on twitter:

Harry R expressing thanks to Daniel Levy for standing by him for 3 years, surely no way he will show disloyalty and leave Spurs for England

This.

Mr Sugar sure knows his onions when it comes to our club and in particular old Danny boy.

it could of course be argued that he has already paid Levy back by avoiding a relegation battle, getting us Champions League football, turning us into the best footballing side in the league and pushing us to a potential title chase.

Except Rob Beasly!!

If he thinks the heat has been on these past few years while he's been a club manager... just WAIT until he's in charge of England... he only has to speak to Graham Taylor, Hoddle & McLaren to see how fucked up the British media can be when they want to be...

agreed, he does have a much better relationship with the media mind you... which should buy him a couple of months!!!

I think his love for the media is dwindling.

Let's face it he's had a rough couple of weeks, been in the press a lot, been tiring.

He'll go home put tellie on and see Capello is being brought into account by FA for comments made in the media and breach of contract.

If they come calling for him in the summer, he wants to be remembering that it is a poisoned chalice, and that the media frenzy will never go away.

I think as much as his love for media exists, he's been quite vocal about how poor the FA are at all levels.

This is what Levy wants to remind him in the summer.

Is anyone sure the FA will even coem knocking?

The FA have a history of always employing a "Yes" man. Someone who will not bite back at them when they get involved. Harry does not fit into this character as he is fairly outspoken....

Look what's happened to cappello in the last few days when he has said what he thinks.

Not that I 100% agree with Cappello over his stance on Terry but I can see where he is coming from to a degree. He is the manager afterall.

Thanked the fans and the club for supporting him, especially against Wigan. Gone up a few notches for that alone in my book anyway. The case didn't really make sense that he dodged £10k of tax when he had paid over £8 million.

The team missed him against Liverpool so it will be good to see him back.

This is true Kushty, the FA are pretty dogshit at recruiting a Manager that's for sure!

We all know Harry likes a quote in the media and the FA will be wary of that i'm sure. I just dont see who else they will go for (especially as he has now cleared his name). I hope Harry stays as i think he has done an amazing job but can still see him leaving in the summer.

I was only talking to someone the other day about the case and that there hadn't been much information on IF wobbly chops were to be found guilty. This is deffinately worth a read if your wanting some info on this etc ..

Not sure a well written piece of info such as this should be classed as shite though!

ease up there fella or you aint gonna fit in well round here :bmj:

So I won't fit in if I have an opinion that an informative well typed out post shouldn't be classed and labled as shite? lol

"Everyone knows if you come to Southwark with your defence set up badly, you'll get punished. Fair play to my defence, they worked well up against great pressure. I thought the barrister for them was superb. I don't want to say too much because obviously he works for the CPS, but who wouldn't want that kind of quality in their team? He worked some different angles to get around our defence but in the end they've stood firm and we've come away with the result."

typing has nothing to do with it, mines shite ,ost of the time.

as for the rest? knock yourself out sunshine.

We're mostly opinionated deluded cunts here (the obvious exception being maria).

Paydro was just having a 'joey deacon' moment (which curiously also provides something for our erstwhile american friends to google to understand the british psyche a little better).
