Rules Referees & Impartiality: Can this be delivered on a consistent basis?

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I can't find the post but I literally listed all the screw jobs that have gone against us and it was a while ago. Since then it has been ridiculous but believe me when I say I am almost certain there is an agenda (even with commentators).

Have a listen at the commentator stumbling over his words when VAR dint award us yeh most obviously laughable handball against spammers. Listen to the commentator justify it with literally nonsense when the other one actually gives up and says reluctantly "his arms are not in a natural position".

Neville tonight has embarrassed himself.

It almost feels like we are the guinea pig for decisions like they trial interpretations of the rules on us first to see what they can get away with. Week after week similar incidents happen elsewhere and nothing is given but when it’s Spurs suddenly the threshold changes, no-one's going to make a massive thing about it because it's Spurs and 'Spursy' shit is meant to happen to us.

I think we can do a lot more to stand up for ourselves though, no-one at this club really ever calls this shit out. Other clubs put pressure on officials...they are able to control their narrative and they make sure decisions don’t just get brushed under the carpet...with us though it’s always silence, we just lie down like cucks and accept whatever is handed to us, it drives me mad.

That's the main reason I wanted Frank out mate. I said he was a simp that didn't defend us despite us being consistently screwed. For all his faults Ange wouldn't have stood for it .

I didn't care that Frank was playing defensive football and I got why he was doing it (he has zero faith in the attack). Theres a limit though and he overdid it by literally playing for draws but that didn't annoy me anywhere near him not having the courage to defend his team.

When the commentators are comfortable enough to be outright hypocrites we are in big trouble. They never mentioned the spammers handball in ref watch...that literally never happens where they won't talk about a big incident like that.

Ange did initially ignore it though, he said we just have to 'cop it' when we weren't being awarded blatant decisions in his first season, one of the things that really annoyed me about him, he then set his stall out because he wouldn't question decisions until he started doing it indirectly in his 2nd season but by then it was too late.

You might be right tbh.

Commentators clearly aren’t allowed to say anything too controversial. Today, whoever was announcing the match really struggled with the disallowed goal, yet managed to hold his tongue knowing that it was an obvious dive. I’m so sick of the PL.

No one gets as many shitty decisions as us.

Literally every 50-50 is given against us

If there is even the slightest thing that they can disallow a goal from us for they will.... But anything against us is given.

How many times in other games have I seen incidents replayed to death involving Liverpool, Chelsea or Woolwich for VAR.

With us if there's something worthy of VAR we won't even get a single replay.

Neville just says shit - if it's a foul on our players it's always "nothing in that"......whereas we do it "Oh..... I think he might be in trouble here"....... The commentators naturally side with whatever the pundit says as the pundit is the expert.

There are so many examples but they're not all blatant - most of it is subtle but the cumulative effect over a season is huge.

Muani had absolutely everything given against him today.....plenty of 50-50s went Gabriel's way......there was one where he was the one fouling Muani and Muani was clean through......no......foul against Muani.

It's corrupt

I saw a post on Reddit earlier about some bad decisions that have gone against us in the last 6 NLD it was quite a lengthy post, ever since we destroyed them 3-0 and legohead complained and started crying after the match we have seen some ridiculous decisions go against us in the NLD matches.

I think we get a lot of bad decisions against us, but most seem to come against Woolwich or Newcastle, that 1-2 game against Newcastle at home in January last year was one of the worst. Leicester away at Wembley years ago is another one that was really bad.

I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the only decisions that have gone our way this year have been against City. We know the PL are desperate to have Woolwich beat City. The 1st Solanke goal got a lot of attention and would not have stood if it was scored against Woolwich and we also got away with a clear penalty away to City, for me it’s far too obvious what’s going on.

Yup, like your examples, even fans of other clubs see it now

The league is bent and it’s time the club showed the spine to call it out. Either that or fans need to start walking out on dodgy decisions.

Sky didn’t deserve those Spurs fans, neither did the PL. The stadium should’ve just emptied after the 2-2 disallowed goal

We were utterly outclassed yesterday but we have to talk about the cheating.

Gabriel pulls Muani back when he’s arguably the last man and isn’t even given a booking (or a free kick iirc).

The push on the second goal.

Saka going through Simons when he’s bursting in on goal, makes out he’s injured and avoids both a booking and a quick free kick - we could not take the set piece for nearly 5 minutes.

Cheating. Time wasting. Cunts.

Gabriel could and should easily have been sent off yesterday for all the shit he did.

This angle tells the story. Gabriel knows 2 things:

1. He’s out of position to stop Muani (again btw). So he’s not even looking at the ball, he’s taking him out.

2. He’s going to get away with it
