I think this is just rumour, as it was going around last week, but it was mentioned to me earlier this morning by some colleagues who were involved in the stadium construction project. So while likely just adding gossip, a point to consider perhaps….
Tottenham don’t have an events licence for all the Championship games + concerts already booked and they might well have to play games elsewhere next season as the club will need to prioritise stadium events for revenue due to the debt owed, on the stadium. There being no guarantee Haringay will extend their events licence.
My thought is, yeah but surely we won’t have as many European games so it balances out ? But is that true ?
& the stadium debt problem will need to be solved before we move forward and get into a state where we can build a championship squad.
Pretty sure Division One was re-branded as "The Championship" when Leeds and West Ham went down.
Maybe when we go, it'll get re-branded PL2 or something?![]()
The play-offs are a lottery. And how does six in the playoffs work anyway?Plus side - championship play offs expanding to 6 teams from our first season in it.
If we really buy well, we could finish as high as 8th. So there's an outside chance.
I think the key games are actually the ones against Villa&Chelsea&Liverpool:We have to get something from them; even a point or two could make all the difference at the end.
Both West Ham and Forest can get 10 from 9 games to reach 38 themselves.
Assuming that we lost all the aforementioned three, we would then have to get the necessary 9 points from the remaining 6 games.
We’re not averaging 1.5 points/game, even in such a small sample of games.
Our home form is worse than our away form.It would be great to do so ; but you do realise we play those three teams away from home ?
Sounds more than plausible.I think this is just rumour, as it was going around last week, but it was mentioned to me earlier this morning by some colleagues who were involved in the stadium construction project. So while likely just adding gossip, a point to consider perhaps….

Utter nonsense. Spurs having to play home games at another stadium because of concerts? lol. Would never happen. Owners would be lynched.
Forest will beat fulham and i wont be suprised if west ham get something from city too
We will lose to liverpool
they are not fit for the championship. It’s a fucking tough league. Them pussies wouldn’t be able
If we come back up, it'll be 2nd place. The play-offs are a lottery. And how does six in the playoffs work anyway?
Guaranteed we'd fuck up the playoffs. Top two is our only chance.
If you can believe it, the refs are worse down there. But no VAR I'd loveNo VAR
No "premier league referee's"
No annual beatings by Liverpool, Chelsea and Arse
Might even be able to get away tickets to get my points up
Can cancel TNT as there's absolutely fuck all else on it I ever watch but Spurs.
There's some positives.
Worse in whar way?If you can believe it, the refs are worse down there. But no VAR I'd love
