Relegation won't happen. Our frustration obscures the fact there is a fair amount of talent on this team. Too much to fall much further.
That's fair enough, and yes there is some talent in this team, but if the players are being instructed to play a certain brand of suicidal football, then all the talent in the world might not be enough to save us from relegation.

Fail to obtain 2 or 3 players and continue to be so easy to beat and we are looking over our shoulders.

Easiest team to beat I have ever known.

Both sticking with Ange and failing to bring at least a couple of outfield players in this window could put us in real trouble of staying up.

Had it not been for 2 of the kids we signed in the summer there wouldn’t even be something positive to cling on to. Gray albeit clearly not a centre back has given his all whereas Bergvall is now arguably our best central midfielder.

No idea what’s going on with Sarr but Bentancur and especially Bissouma have been miles off the required standard. As it stands we’ve zero defensive qualities in our central midfield.

Attack is flat, with Son in decline we currently have no first choice wide attacking players. They’re all consistently average at best.

Bringing in a central midfielder and wide forward is a must if we’ve any aspirations of a top 10 finish and progressing in the domestic and European cups.

Sorry but when people on here are responding to a loss against the scum with "I hope we go down" and aren't even challenged by anyone on it, it's obvious this form is filled with trolls supporting other teams and people who are spurs fans but completely wet.

I do hope we go down. I want ENIC in the mud and I want radical change and that’s likely the only way to weed them out. We can easily cope with relegation financially - tbh I would probably go to every game home and away and enjoy it

You’ve all been conditioned by the PL hype

I genuinely don’t think the majority of the fan base understand just how perilous our postion is . Losing becomes a habit , we don’t win away from home and i don’t think the players have the bals to play in a toxic environment that our stadium will become . Yes we may end up with 40/42 points but that’s the best we can hope for this season .

8 points is massive in terms of the relegation battle. Were talking about teams who do well to pick up 6 points every 5 matchdays.

Were not getting relegated. Neither are Man United. Its just for frantic fans who flex their dismay.

Lose to Everton and we're in the scrap. I have know idea where the arrogance comes from if you've seen how uncoached and vunerable we look. It will only take Ipswich to win a couple on the trot. They and Wolves both have us at home and they'll fancy their chances.

Lose to EFC and it must be curtains for Ange.
They’d be on 20 points. Just 4 behind us.

It’s easy to say we just need to match or better the results of the teams below us, and sure, Wolves, Leicester and Everton all lost yesterday. But our last 9 matches form puts us in the 18th slot. We still have to play almost all of these teams again. That will probably be what’s crucial.

Wolves and Ipswich away, Liverpool and Chelsea away, Brentford, Villa and Fulham away not easy. I'm really struggling to see where we get the neccessary 15 pts from. I mean we probably will but keep this manager, lose to Everton its no given.

Taking a step back for a second, 40 pts is very likely to keep you up, perhaps even 38/39 or fewer. So that's say 15/16 more pts needed. Let's say 4 wins and 4 draws, or 3 wins and 5 draws, or 5 wins and 3 draws whatever, from 17 games remaining. If we can't win 3 or 4 more games when we still have Leicester and Southampton to play at home, then yes that's obviously deserved relegation... but we SHOULD be fine...for this season. God knows what happens next season.

My issue though for this season is that, based on the catastrophically bad form at the moment, I simply CAN'T predict ANY win against ANY opposition......and it's therefore a fully justifiable position to take that we won't win another 3, 4 or 5 games....

The fact that it is even a possibility that we could go down is an absolute disgrace. This is a whole culmination of previously dormant chickens coming home to roost for this ownership. It's been coming.
