We had a shop we use to hang around called the Last Resort just off Petticoat Lane,so most of Derek Ridgers photos were taken in and around Shoreditch/Aldgate/Petticoat lane etc.
I lived on Goulston street from 2005 until I emigrated in 2010 loved it, loved the whole area and so easy to get to spurs
