The grudge should always be focused on the leadership of the club. Both Jurgen and Teddy loved the club and wanted to stay but we were directionless under Sugar, falling further and further behind. Similar to Kane leaving. Bale was a bit different, he never loved the club and Real was his dream.I come onto this thread to cheer myself up, away from the doom and gloom.
I usually like or love the photo, but not this one. Unfortunately, I have the memory of an elephant when it comes to the past, and I remember the angst when these two left. The fact they were allowed back did not endear me to either of them, same as Keane and Bale.
Boy, I can bear a grudge!
I'll have to check it out.there's a very good documentary on him on iplayer. A series of 6 or so, legends of the game in Scotland. Such a shame that he and Keith B fell out. Fergie was his manager at Aberdeen where his career really took off.
There's also one on Richard Gough but I hvent seen that one yet.

Saw them both today, enjoyed them, especially Archie's one, probably because we won stuff with him and he was at the Club longer.there's a very good documentary on him on iplayer. No it isn't me, before some bright spark suggests it - I'm not THAT old.Recognise the players , and can probably work out the year .
But who are the slightly older ladies with handbags / shopping bags standing on the running track having a chin-wag ?
Anyone on here know them / ARE them / married them ?
Just putting the question out there ….
