Missed his first and second easy chances when the game was still in the balance (pressure). Then got gifted a tap in on a platter due to countering a team pushing hard (when the game was already won). Let's not go too wild at his performance.
Strikers miss chances all the time. Those tap ins are the majority of the goals he will score for us.
He did a good job holding the ball and linking play as well.
Really happy for him. Hitting form right when we need him to step up.
I was furious when he didn’t even hit the target with the chance Sonny put for him on a plate but he sealed the win with his goal - so all’s well that ends well. Hard to argue with 5 in 5.

Pressing like a demon and finishing cut back crosses, this is what Ange wants in a CF. I’m sure he’s thrilled with Richy’s form since he returned. Kyogo, his CF at Celtic, led the league in goals while being last in the league in average touches per 90, similar to what Richarlison is doing currently.

We are going to need Richarlison to maintain his goal scoring form especially whilst Son is away on international duty - he's mainly a player who scores goals (albeit good at pressing etc), so hopefully Maddison is back shortly to help create goal scoring opportunities for him.

We've been spoiled by having Kane and Son for so long that I think that a lot of people have forgotten that a lot of goals are "easy tap ins".
