He isn’t the problem but he’s a problem. He is a disaster with a ball at his feet. A clumsy un-coordinated mess. He can’t hold up play or link play.

He contributes to a team that struggle horrendously in possession. Like Brennan he can contribute in the final third but that’s it, if he isn’t scoring a wonder goal or a header he may as well not be on the field.

You can get away with a player or two like this but when they’re playing regularly, you will play crap football. It’s guaranteed. His goal record is decent but he’s another one who is bloody streaky too - goes on a purple patch, then goes missing for a while and is benched or injured so the record looks decent.

Only Haaland, Thiago and Semenyo have contributed more goals/assists. Without the ball he works his knackers off.
His main crime is not being Kane.

Yeah. We could have one passenger (i.e. early Haland at City barely touched the ball), but when half of the team have problem with making simple plays - guys like Richy or BJ will cause people anger even when they score
