Tudor was a visionary. Ahead of his time.
Only problem was his time was 1485- 1603.

100% this. I was saying the same thing for three full coaches. I don't understand at all how people couldn't see it and more over how the people at the top of the club couldn't see it. In possession out of possession passing the football through the thirds. The marking the coordination/ lack of pressing. How did this just go on and on?

Also I know relife is making a lot of us really forgiving I get it...but we can NOT forgiving these players. A load of them just stopped working. All the leadership or 90% have to be made accountable or it will happen again.
You'll have seen this at work. And the key is to take out ringleaders / enough of the right people to change the culture. For me, that's part of why Romero, Vicario and Bissouma absolutely must go.

At the weekend, I think it was really helpful to have Richy, Gallagher, Palhinha and Danso through the centre - not necessarily all first choice, but proper grown ups, standing up.
Such a blessing to not have Cuti's random tantrums to deal with.

As much as I agree that the players are guilty of downing tools , it's usually the only way they can get shot of a manager that just doesn't play a system that they can buy into . Take Ange - he was a great character , and the players liked him , but they weren't really confident in his philosophy . They played for him and won a trophy , but if you asked them who they'd want as the manager "Ange" would not be the answer . Thomas Frank was afforded time but they lost confidence in him , then Tudor - I had to google Tudor to find out who he was .

Fast forward to today and Roberto De Zerbi has come in and given them huge belief . He's someone that has got a philosophy that works and they can see it working . That's like gaining another player in each game . He gives them belief and they trust his philosophy enough to commit players further forward , when was the last time we had 5 players in the oppositions box during an attack .

The only thing we can do as a club is look forwards . We have to draw a line in the sand and concentrate on the task ahead . If I thought for one minute that fining the players would make them think twice about downing tools again then I would do it . But players are very temperamental and it's hard enough keeping their minds on the job at hand .

I do think that players should be paid performance related bonuses as part of their wage structure , it would certainly make them try harder . But I'm happy with the way RDZ has got them playing ATM and staying up is the job at hand .

If we stay up hopefully De Zerbi gets backed in the market.

So many times with previous managers we buy poor to average quality footballers.

This predicament has been a wakeup call for ENIC. They first need to sack Vinai and Lange. Parasites.

I think it has been noticeable that a lot of ex professionals have said that the players are to blame. Sure, they have complained about the managers but quite a few have said that the players just have not lived up to standards. If they are saying the same thing as us because we actually see it, week in work out then it is obvious they are the problem
