That was Paratici and him being ignored by Vinai and Lange was the main reason that he left after just a few months.
Lange wanted to stick by his mate and Vinai's only experience of a manager is Arteta, so he foolishly thought that sticking with Frank was the best idea.
Paratici had his flaws but those two backing Frank over what Fab wanted was just insanity.
It was both Lange and Vinai, Fab wanted him gone.Vinai was responsible imo keeping frank on. Hes an advocate giving managers time. Frank should have gone after Woolwich away. Car crash performance.
I can't remember ever being so against an appointment as a gut feeling.

Exactly how I was.I was like that until they brought him in. Then briefly bought into it thinking it could work out. How obviously wrong in hindsight. But then I believed his bullshit about being attacking when the game suited it.
But yeah it was obvious by a few games in that he didn't fit Spurs.
Not sure what the club were thinking hiring frank. Was he a sacrificial lamb for a season for when better managers will be available? Or did they see frank as some kind of magical wishy washy football farytale. Either way he was a fucking disaster.Hindsight is a blessing, in theory it kinda made sense, what was pathetic is keeping him on past November.
Levy would have had him out on his arse after the Woolwich match.
We were all sold a pup with Frank, with him supposedly being adaptable, trusting youth and capable of attacking footie.Hindsight is a blessing, in theory it kinda made sense, what was pathetic is keeping him on past November.
