Think he’s too old to have this coached out of him now. Suspect DZ will get infuriated by it and he’ll be out the club within the next 18 months.
De zerbi wont take the antics of enic. He will clear off otherwise. Hes a top elite manager and he needs to be given keys to the vault in summer. No half measured shit.

Imagine youre told to manage a team and instil standards and then when you try to, the execs back the poor standards instead of you. That is ENIC. but de zerbi isn't scrolling linkedin looking for better manager jobs. He can get one with a blink. I agree with you - and he'd be right to fuck it off if that happens.

Mark my words we are very lucky to have him. Still a lot lot more to come from the de zerbi coaching think tank. We stay up im confident we will have a good season next year.
Got to give him a fighting chance though by actually being semi decent in the transfer window. But let's cross that bridge when we come to it. I'm still amazed he has agreed to Robertson. But then again he played Milner despite his age

Not just Milner, but he played other veterans like Wellbeck and Gross a lot too. Most managers love to have a core of veterans, it’s guys they can trust.

ENIC may well fuck it up again. They SHOULD learn a big lesson here, but I doubt they will. And I think there's a decent chance we will ultimately be relegated under ENIC in a future season because of that.

100% this. I was saying the same thing for three full coaches. I don't understand at all how people couldn't see it and more over how the people at the top of the club couldn't see it. In possession out of possession passing the football through the thirds. The marking the coordination/ lack of pressing. How did this just go on and on?
Also I know relife is making a lot of us really forgiving I get it...but we can NOT be forgiving these players. A load of them just stopped working. All the leadership or 90% have to be made accountable or it will happen again.
