No I just don't wish to join the Rudiger witch hunt. Like you I think he misheard, I also think he has received a lot of racism in the past and I sympathise with the hurt he must feel having gone through that. I'm ready to join a line under this but some of our fanbase is not.
Thats not the argument..you know the argument and youve been trying to find someone at spurs be it a fan or the club itself guilty of being racist since rudigers allegations began.. the police and the club despite exstensive investigation have found no evidence regarding rudigers allegations

I think the majority of Spurs fans would be ready to draw a line under the racism thing if he were also to want to.
The boo's heard at the game *in my opinion* were probably due to the fans not liking the fact he's a cheat and not necessarily to do with the racism allegations. Him dragging up the unproven allegations, and pretty much calling out the police as covering up racist behaviour has stirred up the bitterness in the fanbase even more.
If he'd have just said something like "I know what I heard, but accept that no evidence can be found despite Tottenham's and the police's best efforts" rather than "Racism has won" then it would probably now be dead in the water. Maybe in the long run that wouldn't be best for the fight against racism anyhow and keeping the issue in the public arena for longer is better in general, just not for Spurs and it's fans.
There was a lack of evidence but no evidence he made it up. Plus the Italian authorities have a poor history of dealing with racism.
