Maybe there is nothing?
If theres not enough substantial evidence then we shouldn't and can't punish anybody......
Yeh I think it was tbh so cheers for that.Just checking..... That point seemed to be getting lost in the shuffle.
Yes! But those that want evidence will NEVER get to see the Clubs CCTV is what I’m saying. It goes straight to the Police, we, us, and media will never get to see any of it. Only if there is enough evidence to prosecute and therefore goes to court will it be made available.
The club will release a statement and ban whoever did it. That's how we'll know.Yes! But those that want evidence will NEVER get to see the Clubs CCTV is what I’m saying. One% of newspapers "put the monster" on the front page to create the news. I agree with youDamn were those seriously the headlines?Where's the part about the Chelsea fan that actually got arrested for racially abusing Son?
I hate sensationalist media...
Yes guess so. But to the specific requests of proof they will not see any, especially if there is a criminal conviction, as it will prejudice the trail. The club will release a statement and ban whoever did it. That's how we'll know.
You want to convict based on 1 player and one twitter user out of a 65000 crowd...
I’ve had arguments with posters who have demanded proof and gone on to attack/accuse the player. No (can't say I've noticed anyone put the onus on Rudiger to provide proof tho).... But suffice to say, the least that is required is to identify an alleged culprit, no?
If not this whole shitstorm (and thread) just circles and goes nowhere on the basis of one man's impression.
Thr fact that the other 64 999 heard nothing, seemingly, holds no sway with you?Yes 1 person that was at the game and would have no reason to lie being that he's a spurs fan.
Answer the question first then, how many? What arbitrary figure are you going to pull out of your arse? You want to convict based on 1 player and one twitter user out of a 65000 crowd...
Riiiiiight OK then. Can you not see your own bias steaming off you?
LOL more than 1 you clownAnswer the question first then, how many? What arbitrary figure are you going to pull out of your arse?
Again no answer. How many is should report it to make it sit right? What’s the cut off point?
More. Than. 1. Single. Twitter. User.Again no answer. How many is should report it to make it sit right? What’s the cut off point?
Two independent witnesses. It's called corroboration.Again no answer. How many is should report it to make it sit right? What’s the cut off point?
He did everything that he is encouraged to do, there is a protocol designed to deal with it and he followed it. He should be applauded and other (all) players should be encouraged and supported when using it! END. No ifs, buts or maybes. END.
As for evidence: This is becomes available via investigation, eye whiteness and technology. If the TV and/or radio pictures and sound picked up anything then we would have already have seen and heard them by now, just like we saw in the Manchester derby. So,this leaves the Stadium tech and eye whiteness. We know the club are going through whatever they go through and that there has been at least one eye whiteness (or should that be ear witnesses??).
If you air anyone has an issue then it’s with the protocol. If that’s the case then what do you want players to do? If Danny Rose thinks he’s been racially abused would you denying him the right to report it as per the protocol? What else are you expecting?
There is a difference between evidence and concrete proof. One spurs fan saying they heard it is not concrete proof and does not confirm it happened, it is simply a small bit of evidence, but evidence nonetheless.
