It is time for him to spread his wings.

1 zillion per cent.

Very best wishes, Ryan...but it's time.
I genuinely hope that he goes out there and builds a solid career for himself.

The season has been a massive letdown but I hold no ill will towards Ryan. Even if he manages to become one of those coaches that gets championship teams promoted but isn't quite good enough to hang in the PL that's still a very good career as a coach.

Ryan is a great lad. Humble, soft-spoken, hardworking, clever. And he's proper COYS. No ill will towards him at all...fuck me, I feel for him, having had to work daily for that cunt in our dugout and the other one in our boardroom!

I'll always have a lot of time for him and hope one day he comes back to us in whatever capacity. But for now, go smash it at West Brom, kid.

Yeah. As things stand he needs a change of scenery to start his career just as much as we do.

I just hope he can build his own Mason-ball based on all the managers has played and worked with. Pochettino, Mourinho, Nuno, Conte, Ange. Silva, AVB, Redknap, Sherwood etc.

If he based on this can create his own philosophy, the knowledge he must have collected is from some of the best in the business, with exceptions of course (Ange).

Go and give it s shot.

Interesting place to go.

Carlos Corberan would have set some very high standards up there. He’s pretty meticulous.
(Like Ryan influenced by the Argentinian way too).

Definitely a premier league level coach. Would have hurt them when he left.

Tony Mowbray maybe a bit old school? Or not quite what they were looking for.

Be a good litmus test for Ryan anyway.
