I imagine you'd get a reply along the lines of 'no decision will be made yet, maybe more information at the time, etc, etc..'
They may also also mention that the renewal cut-off date has been pushed back from 26 May to 7 June because:

"We recognise the seriousness of the current league position of our men's team and, following discussions with our Fan Advisory Board and the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters' Trust, can confirm the renewal window for 2026/27 will now remain open for an extended period until Sunday 7 June to ensure fans have full clarity on next season before renewing."

And that was long because the situation got as serious as it is now.

I sold my Forest ticket after the March cashback date.
No additional cashback date has been given. All it says now is

Which is ridiculous. Especially this season. Especially when many fans will not renew for the championship.
So I emailed them.

Hi,

It looks as though I have missed the last date for cash back on match tickets sold. This page suggests any further funds can only be used to renew my season ticket. Given our current pathetic situation nobody will renew. Can you confirm that funds will be available to withdraw at a future date?

How utterly ridiculous is it that they assume we'll all just renew?

Got a response to say I can withdraw the funds when the window "re-opens"
Which of course, he didn't clarify.
Guessing after the season ticket window closes in June.

I would suggest the One Hotspur membership scam will also be a pretty pointless purchase once next seasons home matches do not sell out.

Would an organised fan boycott of these products not be the next logical step?

I'm going to be cancel mine after three decades, and my son's membership too. Not because of the performances on the pitch - it's football after all, but because of the way that the club treated me when I contacted them for customer service reasons. These guys have zero concept of what loyalty means, so I'm voting with my wallet.

Yeah they do treat you like shit when you contact for ticketing help in my experience.

Championship will separate the wheat from the chaff amongst Spurs fans. Of course I desperately don’t want it to happen. But if we go down I’m sticking with us 100% - hopefully for a complete rebuild of our club.

I'm being honest here - I've looked in VIP boxes at Charlton AFC - well within my budget!

I'll still go to games - I'm TTID...

I don't hope...

If the Club keep their pricing high then the only thing it separates is fools from their money!

Loving the football club and funding the ENIC property empire are two very different things.

The trouble is its hard to separate the club from the cunts that own it at the moment.

We all want to support the team but renewing your ST feels like rewarding failure. Certainly wouldn't judge anyone for packing it in

Would be a very different story if misfortune led to this predicament or new ownership came in.
