The hardest job in football ;anywhere , in my opinion is to get any club promoted out of the Championship. To do so three times with less than stellar sides , three times over before you’ve hit 45 shows , to me , that you’ve got something about you .

Honestly, I wouldn't be so sure that he's set on Crystal Palace. If you look at his career, he’s not exactly shy about jumping ship to big rivals. He made the leap from Ried legend to LASK Linz, even though they were playing in a lower division at the time. If he can make that move, moving to Spurs wouldn’t be out of the question at all. Football’s a funny game, after all.
I get the hesitation, but Glasner's more flexible than people think. Sure, he’s used a back 3/5 with wing-backs, but he's shown he’s adaptable depending on the squad and situation. He’s not married to one system. In fact, he’s shifted tactics to suit his players in the past. If we have the right personnel, he could switch things up and play something more suited to us. Don’t write him off too quickly.
