Lamela has qualities that Chadli and Townsend don't, he's a playmaker with amazing link-up play.

Barca rarely lose possession so they can take that risk. Stambouli has played centre half for Montpellier. I wouldn't want him starting centre half every week but it's nice that we can rely on him if we are down to bare bones.
Agree. I think Eriksen is better when he comes in from the left and attacks. The question then is where to put Chadli.

He looks like a natural striker/goalscorer to me who is being forced to play as a midfielder. You just have to see how much he subconsciously neglects his midfield duties most of the times.
