Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

As I was expecting a tonking, I suppose I have to be grateful that it wasn't. In fact I'm probably pissed off that we didn't get at least a point from the game.
I thought we played well considering the team that was out there, especially second half.
The ref was so bad that even one of my friends, who is an ex-ref and never criticizes the officials, said he was awful.
Thought Lucas had a great game, made a few errors, but more than made up for it by putting in some excellent forward balls and was unlucky to be substituted (maybe that's a nod to Wednesday's game), and it wasn't a popular decision.
When Drag didn't come out for the second half, I thought that was curtains, but Spence and Archie did an amazing job.
Sonny looked good when he came on, more evidence that he is not a 90 minute player any more and is more effective as an impact sub.
So, in a nutshell, good performance in the circumstances but another defeat that isn't helping our league position.
PS - hate how teams are allowed to feign injury and slow the game down; time we took out a leaf out of rugby's book and played around players who go down, that'll soon get them back up on their feet.

That is 100% not a handball according to the modern laws of the game. You might not like the law but that was correctly officiated.
Was it though? It coming off his hand to their player who then assists with no one to stop them? If it's in the rules, then the rules need changing. Again. Fucking ridiculous.

Just another shit sandwich to wash down with expensive piss.

It's not a natural position of his arm, its outside his body behind him.

How's that not a second yellow by the laws fo football?

This league is bent, realize that or stay in denial, that's up to you.

It is a natural position. That’s what you’re wrong about. His arms are by his side and close to his body. He hasn’t moved his arms towards the ball to play it. Humans have arms and frankly I wouldn’t like to see that thing penalised.

On the second one, it hits his armpit which is not a handball at all under the modern definition. Those are the black and white rules of the game.

The rules are really clear. The fact a goal follows from that phase of play doesn’t change the fact it wasn’t a handball because it was accidental contact and his hands were in a natural position.

The only time it becomes a foul is if the player who handballed it then scores (either directly from the handball or in that phase of play).
