Last year's timetable was :
Quarter Final draw made - 27 February
Quarter Final matches played - 10 March - 13 March
Semi Finals draw made - 28 March
Semi Final matches played - 11 April and 27 April
Final played - 9 May
So you'd expect the quarter final draw to be made soon, as well as the postponed match being played. No reason why the draw and last match being played are connected.

Under-21 venue change – Everton this weekend | Tottenham Hotspur
We can confirm that our Under-21s’ home Premier League 2 fixture against Everton tomorrow (Saturday 2 March) will now be played at Hotspur Way due to a waterlogged pitch at Stevenage’s Lamex Stadium.

Maguire, Soonsup-Bell, Ashcroft, Abbott (c), Cassanova, Hall, Santiago, Donley, Lankshear, Scarlett (John 46), Sessegnon (Linton 37).

Probably safe to say Sessegnon will not make the u21 squad tomorrow, Saturday !

Yeah checked that but some of the previous years have had QFs as late as mid-late april so seems a bit free-form.
Sure - but q/f in April means a fairly tight timetable for s/f and final with end of season in mid May.
atm, Spurs u21's have one match a week until end of April (their last u21 match). I assume other clubs will be similar, and if so it makes sense to get q/f played in March ......... not essential but would be sensible scheduling.
Possibly another 4 PL2 games in the knockout rounds in May too...so potentially 15 u21 games left if we make both finals.

Interesting they're showing it on Spursplay when it's 1pm Saturday kickoff. Wonder what they'll do if the end of the game goes beyond the 2:45 blackout.

We're full strength in midfield so no need for Donley.
For some reason I was in a pub in Mitcham for the 1999 LC Final ko 3pm. Arrived at 2:30 and about 2.45 the manager was going around shouting last orders and get out. We were all laughing because we thought he was on a wind up as the pub was packed.
He wasn't. Apparently in Mitcham the council still insisted on pubs closing at 3 on a Sunday.
He tried to turn the telly off but the pub was in uproar so he left it on. Gradually people left as he wasn't serving beer so he switched it off at HT. Of course all the other local pubs were shut but luckily we were directed to the local British Legion where we watched the second half.

Only 1 change from the 6-0 win against Fleetwood with Hall coming in for Scarlett (who's prob with first team).
A complete u21 team.
But spot the defenders ! (arguably one starting and one on bench !) Might be a missed opportunity to give Chaplin a chance as no u18's this wekend
