Would you be kind enough to 'sticky' this thread in place of current 'Youth' thread, and would you be kind enough to reformat the presentation of link to old thread in OP.

Many Thanks

We seem to have kept nearly all the under 21s. Unless we have a large number of loans lined up I wonder what we will do with them all. Nile John is 21, his future is not with Spurs. He ended up at full back.
Same applies to a number of others .

Far too many in u21's

- John and Robson in that aged 21 or 22 age group, I hope for their sake they move on later in the transfer window
- Simons never made a Spurs u18 thread that I can recall and Krasniqi only made one appearance but both in u21's
- Two or 3 u21 defenders such as Andiyapan and Linton made very few u21 appearances after Christmas so thought they would likely be released this summer, possibly with GK Maguire.

Aside from loaning out the same players we did last season, there might be circa 6 players such as forwards Donley, Santiago, Soonsup-Bell and Lankshear who might be loaned out, but it will still leave a largish squad, a number of whom should be moved on. I had wondered whether we might bring 2 or 3 in from other clubs where we don't have strong options, but that wouldn't make sense atm.

There's also about 5 players in last years first year academy who were rarely used last season and didn't look up to scratch when they did. Ideally we'd move some of them on to other academies.

Keeley started for Ireland u21s today, currently 3-0 up.
