If Reguilon was going to be anywhere close to Ange's plans, he'd have been on pre-season tour so that Ange could have a good look at Reguilon performances versus other Spurs players.
But he's not been seen, so the conclusion to draw is that Ange des not fancy him as back up LB.
Could things change and he stays - maybe but would seem very late in the day to make that decision
IMO he looked ok early in his Spurs career, but was not improving by end of his first season and if anything looked less good. And things only went downhill from there, although he seemed to do ok on loan at ManU and Brentford
