According to the guys at Super Tottenham From The Lane, you've got it absolutelly right. (Chiri and Lamela will keep 12 and 33 in Europa League though, as they were already registered and that cannot change)
Never knew 23 was a popular number, is it just because MJ made it famous or is there another reason I don' t know of.
