Compared to the bad joke that was QPR, Southampton is probably a model of financial responsibility, but I'd really like to take a look at their finances.

Other than making Liverpool fans cry and start banging on about 5 times again, what would we actually want Mkhitaryan for? Sure he looks a good player who scores goals but I don't see where he is going to get in the team unless he can play as a winger. The midfield 3 is likely to be made up of Sandro Dembele and Paulinho so where would this guy even fit in?

UNLESS AVB knows that Sandro will not be back for a long time (fingers crossed not) and Paulinho is going to be a replacement for Sandro whilst he is injured meaning that Mkhitaryan could play in front of Paulinho and Dembele.
Or maybe it's because the Paulinho deal is falling through and we are looking at another player just in case...
Or maybe it's just bullshit from the papers again.
This speculation is driving me mad.
