You wouldn't want to concede in the first half. You'd have a mountain to climb in the second halfSaid it somewhere in another thread - Liga MX is the 4th most attended league in the world (PL, Bundesliga, La Liga are the top 3). Mexico is a huge country and it's football crazy. That league has a lot of cash, and they are starting to target European players in addition to the traditional South American talent base they normally tap.
He'll be playing in a brand new 53,500 seat stadium (finished just 2 years) ... it's a beauty.

Wouldn't worry too much about that. From the pictures the mountain is outside the stadium.
As it's obviously a new stadium it should be a plain playing surface

Money aside which should not be your concern as we have Daniel Levy, the signing of Jansen was a failure for the progress of our club as he was waste of space and he did f all on the field. With the £5 million loan we got when he was in turkey, that’s not the worst gamble the club ever took. Didn’t work out, we lost £7 million plus his wages. Is it a tax deductible loss?
Unless you have a mate called Quentin Werty you can't really top it though.....You wrote it 4 times and then used copy paste, didn't you?
You just pretended you had fun.

That quote sounds like Poch still reckons we might get another striker in. Because surely Parrot wouldn't be in competition with lo Celso?
Thought it might be useful to revisit the squad :
Non HG Players ( per UEFA) :. Lloris, Gazzaniga , Aurier, Davies ( HG for PL) , Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Sanchez, Dier, Ndombele, Wanyama, Sissoko, Lamela, Son, Moura, Eriksen, N'Koudou (Total 16 ).
So once Lo Celso arrives, we have the maximum 17 non HG players.
Of course we can drop N'koudou ( hope he is sold or part exchanged for Sessegnon but if we deem Parrott too raw and want Llorente for cover that space has gone and we are at maximum again.
So we probably need to look at selling the " no knees' Wanyama if we are to bring someone in.
Worth recalling that Foyth counts as an u21' for this season only, and then reverts to being a non HG player, so that needs planning for too.
HG players are easier - Kane, Winks, KWP and Rose count as Club trained players whilst Dele ( and the incoming Sessegnon for UEFA purposes) count as having been trained by other FA affiliated clubs, giving us a total of 5 HG players (6 with Sessegnon) so room if we wished for CCV and Georgiou if we wished.
After that we have a long list of u21s including Skipp and Foyth.
So key message is we are pretty tight for non HG players, and if anything expect the sale of one if we have expectations of getting one or two in.
Money aside which should not be your concern at all as we have very able Daniel Levy, the signing of Jansen was a massive failure for the progress of our club as he was waste of space and he did f all on the field.

Why Juan Foyth is missing from Spurs' Champions League squad
Defender is not shown in the squad list on UEFA.comwww.football.london
You sure Foyth doesn't count as homegrown?
He will never qualify as HG as he cannot complete 3 years at Spurs before the age of 21.
As he has completed 2 years at Spurs he counts as an u21' for UEFA purposes for this season only.
Jansen is not one who did not work out.All player acquisitions are a risk - many of them perform less well than hoped before buying. That's true for all clubs.
Janssen is one who did not work out.
Good news is he didn't lose us big money, but certainly a distraction.
