Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Already IN:
Hojbjerg
Hart
Doherty

Still need: CB, ST, CM

That is the order of concern for after this apparent signing.

- Skriniar for Ndombele seems to have some legs. Latest I read indicated Conte wants him desperately. Levy doesn't want to sell unless he gets good value (ex: Skriniar). Inter is hesitant to include him. I think there is too much smoke for there not to be any truth. I have a feeling this one happens.

- King and Wilson seem to be the most likely. I'm fine with either.

- The most heavily linked midfield player is Rakitic, but I have read he really wants Sevilla. I don't think it'll happen. I have my fingers crossed for Sangare.
We have so many damn matches at the beginning of the season that we absolutely need a striker that can step in for Kane. I think it should be top priority if Doherty gets over the line.

Inter in talks for Vidal. Could scupper any Ndombele move.

PeH, Doherty, and.a reasonable back up striker like Wilson or DCL would be a decent (solid but not spectacular) window, in my very humblest of opinions.

Little bit too much toeing the company line with the "spending a lot of money didn't solve their problems" line (quick, someone tell City!), but overall he's not wrong with the approach to this window so far.

He's talking about US last summer... No City's relentless spending.

I think GLC will blossom this year, but I doubt anyone would argue we were any better off for having a spend up last summer.

Agree with our spending policy or not, the irony is REAL.

I understand, but I also think it's very narrow-minded to say that one year later that last summer was bad. Lo Celso has already come good, and if Ndombele gets a chance and gets fit he could also be a key player. Clarke was a punt who needs a loan and Sessegnon was a Poch buy but one that Mourinho also wanted at United.

I just think that trying to take lessons from a window 12 months after it happened is not a great way to approach this type of analysis.
