No, I'm implying that stats, in this case, can be flawed if you haven't seen said players.
Douglas Luiz is the better player. But his stats don't show that. Certainly not aa a DM.
A bit like how stats show Hojbjerg is worse defensively than Romeu and JWP for the most part.

Anyone who's seen both can see Douglas Luiz is a better player. Certainly not good enough to be DM for Spurs though.
Get those 3 in for £45m or so would be excellent value and very achievable.
Castagne, Kim, Hojbjerg and Milik would probably be a very sound window. If we need to break even then selling off KWP, Foyth, Rose, CCV and maybe another 1-2 will go along way to doing so. Not the quality we were initially after but instantly offer better options than the ones I’ve highlighted for the door.

Didn't Guardiola sell Hojbjerg? he certainly packed him on a bunch of loans rather than play him at Bayern where he gave him a handful of games in three years.
Mourinho rated Sully Muntari and Marouane Fellani, and didn't rate players like KDB etc.
Ancelotti has been playing Gilfi Sigurdsson as a CM lately.
Hardly a bomb proof CV of ratingness.
