Sticking this in here, not because we are linked but more for the quote by the powers that be in Rennes. Interesting what he has to say about even the big clubs this summer, well the ones not run by a sugar daddy:

No, he mentioned it in an interview. He was asked if the team would be similar with just a few tweaks, he said he doesn't know.Isn't that a bit premature on your part?
The window only opened a couple of days ago.
I think he will because he wants to stay in the job, he's been very diplomatic with the board so far.Yes but can you see Jose putting up with Levy's tricks because history shows he won't.
Poch was easier for levy to handle because he was grateful for the chance to work at spurs after being at previous clubs, Jose doesn't need to prove himself with his CV other than not wanting to end his career on a blank.
If Jose had Hojbjerg and Florentino as his CMs we'd be the most annoying team to play against. We'd be so improved defensively. And Kane/Son/Bergwijn/Gio counter has potential to be lethal.
I heard Leeds were after Florentino?
What a signing that would be - do wonder if it could potentially mean Phillips is off though.
Gedson clearly has talent but I still don’t know exactly what kind of player he is. With Florentino it’s quite clear he’s a DM who wins the ball and passes it forward.Give them back the average Gedson and get him. So much better with a far higher ceiling to push on with
For Heaven's sakeAirfixx we record year on year profits despite what we spend in the transfer market.
If we record £100million profit, and spend £100million on players, we still made a fucking profit of £100milion.
Profit is Profit. It's the excess dough a business makes after all expenditure.
Stupid Boy
Sorry. The Korean chap.
Gedson was just a stop gap, we'll probably keep him for his full loan period to get our 2 million worth.Gedson is a weird case. Has flashed a bit of skill a couple of times, but largely ineffective - if that even makes sense.
Regardless, just don't see him getting action on this squad.
Dele, to me, is the biggest question. Undeniable skill. Still quite young. Home grown. But really seems to have take a step back. (some due to injury, to be fair) Can Jose unlock him and regain his prior form? Where does he fit in the lineup? Or should we look to sell him? As a young, talented, home grown player, what is he valued at?
Going to be a weird window. (per usual!)
You do realise a transfer can be done anytime throughout the year while only registrations take place during the windowIsn't that a bit premature on your part?

Gedson is in a similar situation to Ndombele, where he needs a DM next to/behind him to really be able to operate to his fullest.Gedson is a weird case. Has flashed a bit of skill a couple of times, but largely ineffective - if that even makes sense.

Good point.
Spurs fans must be hoping Fulham don't get promoted because the way I read it Skipp wants a Champ loan to a decent team where he is more or less guaranteed to start regularly.
If Fulham get promoted they will be getting bashed up nearly every week and I don't think that will help Skipp-same as it didn't help Sessegnon.
He'll get all the games in the Europa group stage, Carabao Cup and FA Cup games, and it actually gives us a chance to rest Harry when we have games coming thick and fast.30 games? No chance unless Harry gets injured and even if that happens like it has in the last few seasons he tends to miss 10-15 games
Wilson's best chance to go to the euros is to play 90 mins every week

The reason Harry gets injured is because we play him every minute of every game. Don't forget Harry could also make a superb number 10 meaning we could play both.
If I'm honest I think Wilson will end up somewhere like Everton or West Ham.
