Transfers Summer 2020 Transfer Thread

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Worth saying that although we are paying (alledgedly) £15m plus add ons which might take the total figure to £18m for Hojbjerg, that's only because he has just one year left on his contract and wants to move to Spurs only (think he told Southampton the situation last summer or January 2020 so no surprise to them).

Otherwise he would be being sold for circa £35m/£40m/£45m/£50m if he didnt have only one year left on his contract and was adamant that Spurs was his destination I'd guess.

Its the other side of losing Eriksen for £18m when 2 years ago, with his reputation higher, his price tag might have been £80m/£100m.

He’s decent and of good character but he’s not
Champions League standard. Ask yourself. Why didn’t Liverpool, City, Utd or Chelsea come in for him? Would have been a snip at £18m.
Spurs is about his level.
