Who do you guys like more, Hojbjerg or Diawara?

Diawara on his best days has been outstanding, but there's an element of knowing what your getting with Hojbjerg. Diawara hasn't played more than 18 league games in any of the last four seasons. His form apparently so-so this season when he's played.

Zakaria is the dream.

Timothy Castagne played for Atalanta tonight in a 3-2 away win against Udinese. Played initially as LB swapping to RB after about an hour.

I'm told he looked fine, just a question as to how well he'd adjust to PL, like all those playing in overseas leagues. Anyone watch the match ?

Don't know enough about Diawara, doesn't he have injury concerns?, so based on that I would take Hojbjerg because I have seen that he is a definite upgrade on what we have.

I know it has become cool to hate on him lately for some reason but at the very least he will not be a flop and be able to play and improve our team if he comes in.

Definitely not Kessie, every time I’ve watched him he looks so bad.

Camavinga is the one but we are already priced out.

Really?, every time I watch him I'm waiting for him to look bad, but haven't really seen him have a bad game for Atalanta or Milan on the half dozen games or so I've watched. Watched him against Lecce the other day and have watched the first half so far of today's game v Roma, and he's been excellent.

I terms of doing what's on the tin, and not costing loads, I think we could do a hell of a lot worse. I'd definitely take him over Hojbjerg, he's much more tenacious and dynamic defensively.

Identify a leader. Who wants to come to Spurs and is good enough to play for Spurs?

Lloris is a World Cup winning captain. But not a suitable leader?

Kane lead England to a World Cup semi final, but not a leader?

I understand what you are saying and you are crying out for Roy Keane but they don't grow on trees.

Lloris is captain atm with Kane as deputy.

Assuming Eric Dier is staying he will be organising the defensive 4, so be worth appointing him as another deputy captain. Think he'd be a natural in the role, knows the club and is respected by both Mourhino and other players.

Wouldn't surprise me if this is Lloris last season at Spurs (contract expires June 2022) as he he's been quoted as saying he fancies some time in MLS before retiring.

Tbf haven’t seen him this season it was last when ever I watched he just looked poor although I will say I just looked and thought he was a lot older than he was.

Im okay with the Hojbjerg links. He’s good in pretty much everything department and is already up to speed in the league. Right now that’s what we need.

plus if it means sissoko isn’t seen on the pitch all the better.

I watched the last half hour of the Atalanta/Lazio game (because he came on in the 70th minute) to get a look at him, he came on and played LB. I've also watched the first half of todays game where he played LB, and so far he's not exciting me. Did nothing terrible, but looked a bit ordinary. Going to try and watch the second half later, maybe in his more natural RB position he'll look a bit better.

Then how did their actual RB look, Hans Hateboer?

I highly doubt whether the team would be better with Hojbjerg in it instead of Skipp, a player like Partey or Zakaria is on another level and would really improve the team.
